Viewing life through the cross means being the church in our daily home lives, not just on Sundays in the church building! One of the ways we live this out is through CrossTables.
A CrossTable is simply a household that agrees to share their table with a friend or neighbor each week. CrossTables operate by three principles:
- meal focused
- friendship focused
- seeker focused
We want all of our people to slow down and share a meal with someone. There’s no agenda or plan – just invite someone over and be a friend!
There’s no program or plan for starting CrossTables. If you decide to begin this practice, however, we’d love to hear your stories. Feel free to leave a comment below.
